- Referring employees will receive their referral bonus only after the referred candidate completes their assignment in full.
- The sign-on bonus is awarded halfway through the assignment and is contingent upon remaining in good standing throughout the assignment period.
- Bonuses are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
