Foot rubs, back massages, soothing candles, and aromatherapy—what could be more inviting than an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation in the middle of TravCon, the country’s largest, most exciting travel healthcare conference? MedPro created a spa-like experience booth for this year’s attendees. Team members provided a welcoming break from the excitement and intensity of the conference. Over 500 nurses and allied health professionals visited the MedPro booth to enjoy the amenities. Plus, they learned more about the benefits of working with MedPro and how they could secure their next assignment.
Relax and Recharge: Your Spa Oasis Awaits
“Everyone loved stopping by our booth. They were big fans of our lilac scrubs,” said MedPro Healthcare Director of Domestic Recruitment Teresa Trinidad. “The robes were also a big hit. We even had Travelers offering to buy them from us.”
While attendance was slightly lower than in previous years, the MedPro team had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with visitors. They noticed a higher presence of experienced nurses and allied professionals, many of whom brought valuable insights from their years in the field and prior travel experiences. MedPro had five giveaways at the booth: a Theragun, a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, two Clarisonic face brushes, and an LED face mask.
“We were absolutely thrilled to connect with our dedicated Explorers and to meet many new Travelers during the event. It was exciting to engage with professionals eager to share their experiences and aspirations in the travel healthcare field,” said Trinidad. The MedPro team is looking forward to the possibility of placing many of those talented individuals on assignments in the near future.
