Explorers
“Creating MedPro Experience was one of the most fun experiences of my career,” said Stacey. “We started it from scratch and created a program that would be really meaningful to our Travelers.” Stacey and her newly created marketing department launched the MedPro Experience in 2017 and focused on providing MedPro’s Travelers, now called Explorers, support and perks as they ventured across the country on assignments. While the financial benefits of travel are well-known, the drawbacks often receive less attention. The MedPro Experience reassures Explorers that they are never alone—the MedPro family is there to support them through challenging times and to celebrate their achievements.
The success of the MedPro Experience would inspire the development of other programs such as TNAC, the Travel Nurse Advisory Council, which engages Travelers on their views of the state of the industry and what they think needs to change.
